Stratford Racecourse

Following a number of significant floods to the racecourse we were asked to come up with a 'flood proof' solution for the bar and betting areas of the racecourse. There had been some significant damage to fixtures and fittings through the floodwater and so our best option was to design, build and install powder coated metal frames to form the bars and counters and then skin them with a solid surface material. The finished article not only looked stunning but all involved knew that if the floods came again it was simply a case of hosing the bars down and then back to work as normal.
